Single Accounting System for registration of state duties, fees and other payments paid when providing state services - information system for accounting of individual duties, fees, payments and fines levied when providing state services and other services.
The operator of the Single Accounting System is the state institution "Digital Government Project Management Center" under the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which ensures the functioning, use, and organizational and technical support of the Single Accounting System.
The Single Accounting System performs the following functions:
- keeping records of transactions, generating reports and statistics;
- receiving, processing, and providing users with real-time information on payments made through bank cash desks, payment organizations, and remote service systems, as well as from bank accounts in non-cash form;
- formation of an account for payment of state duties, fees and other payments for the provision of state services and other types of services.
Integration of the applicant's information systems and services into the Single Accounting System is carried out with ensuring the information security of the applicant's information systems.
Access to the Single Accounting System is carried out by registering users of the "Electronic Government" system in the Single Identification System.
