The interdepartmental rating system NIS.GOV.UZ determines the level of development of digitalization in republican and local executive bodies.

Rating estimates are formed based on data included in the NIS information system. GOV.UZ, according to the following criteria:

“Openness and electronic participation” includes an indicator for determining the level of openness and transparency of the organization’s activities, establishing dialogue with the population, exchanging industry news and messages and assessing activities in this direction;< /p>

“Electronic services” evaluates the quality of the provision of public services and the degree of their transition to electronic form;
