Unified portal of interactive government services

    The Unified Portal of Interactive Public Services of the Republic of Uzbekistan (also abbreviated as EPIGU) is an online platform through which public services are provided in digital form. The portal serves as a single access point to electronic public services delivered by government authorities.
   EPIGU was created in implementation of the State Program for the Action Strategy on five priority areas of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2017–2021, “The Year of Dialogue with the People and Human Interests,” approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 7, 2017, No. UP-4947.
   The Regulation on the Unified Portal of Interactive Public Services of the Republic of Uzbekistan was approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 15, 2017, No. 728, “On measures to improve the procedure for providing electronic public services through the Unified Portal of Interactive Public Services of the Republic of Uzbekistan.”

The portal is intended for:

- ensuring the possibility of obtaining state services online;
- increasing the transparency, convenience, and efficiency of interaction between citizens/businesses and state bodies; reducing time,
- expenses and reduction of bureaucratic barriers for both citizens and organizations.
 

Portal users are:

  1. Individuals—citizens of Uzbekistan—can utilize services such as obtaining a certificate of no tax debt, an extract from the labor book, registering a child in a kindergarten, and others.
  2. Legal entities (enterprises, organizations) can apply for services related to business activities: licenses, permits, reporting, etc.
  3. Foreigners or stateless persons residing in Uzbekistan or interacting with state bodies - registration at the place of temporary residence, filing an application for an electronic visa to the Republic of Uzbekistan, etc.
