The system is aimed at providing users with comprehensive information on interactive online services. The system is designed to automate all processes related to obtaining licenses for freight and passenger transportation, as well as the interactions between license holders and lessees.
Additionally, through the portal it is intended to:
enable the search for information and tickets for bus, air, and railway routes;
maintain a registry of concessionary transport cards that grant free travel in urban public transport (excluding route taxis);
provide information on the location of all bus terminals and bus stations on the map of the republic (regions), including facility data and route schemes.
System Goals:
Distribution of foreign and multilateral permits for international road transport between national carriers;
Registration and accounting of lease agreements for motor vehicles between licensees and individuals;
Creation of an effective mechanism for searching for lost items in public transport - a "discovery bureau";
Reduction of labor costs by 30-40% due to automatic allocation of permit quotas;
Reducing paper appeals to 90%.
Tasks system:
Reducing labor costs and working time for providing full information about the ministry's services, existing air, bus, and rail routes, as well as ticket tariffs;
Providing citizens with complete, reliable, and detailed information about the services of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
Automation of the license issuance process.
For the issuance of new or duplicate preferential transport cards granting the right to free travel in urban passenger transport:
