ATTO is a centralized automated electronic payment system for public transport. It allows payment via bank cards, dedicated transport cards, QR codes, and mobile applications. The system includes validators, a central billing platform, and analytical modules. All payments are collected on a single server, and settlements between transport operators are processed automatically
System Goals:
Full implementation and promotion of cashless payment in public transport;
Ensuring transparency and accountability of fare revenues;
Recording and analyzing passenger flow;
Maintaining records of privileged (concessionary) passengers;
Improving urban public transport management based on data;
Enhancing the quality of transport services and creating comfortable conditions for passengers.

Implemented in 25 cities across 14 regions of the republic;
More than 4,200 validators have been installed;
The share of cashless payments is 98%.
