Basis: developed in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 29, 2018 №. 1060.
A unified information database containing information about real estate objects and rights to them, as well as about rights holders, indicating property data when entering the cadastral number of real estate to legal entities and individuals.
Goals and objectives of the portal
System goals:
The State Register of Rights to Real Estate provides individuals and legal entities with free access to information on rights to real estate from the State Register.
System tasks:
The certificate from the State Register contains the following information about any type of real estate object:
reflection of information on real estate available in the database of the Cadastre Agency in response to a request from users of the system through the cadastral number of the object;
Date of state registration of rights to real estate objects;
Information on the presence/absence of a prohibition (pledge, seizure, etc.).
Statistics
As of 01.01.2026 - 06.02.2026, the number of visitors to the system is 126 142, the number of views is 881 050.
