About the Project

This screenshot displays the main page of the monitoring panel (Dashboard) of the information system. The main page displays the core information and functional capabilities of the system, menus intended for authorized users, as well as important information. The interface is designed in a convenient and understandable form for an authorized user, which allows for efficient use of the system's functions. Through the main page, authorized users can get quick access to the main sections of the system, enter and modify data, and generate technical passports.

The grounds for the development of this system are the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-4794 dated July 30, 2020, and Decree of the President No. UP-6079 dated October 5, 2020.

This information system was developed to automate the processes of data collection, storage, and processing. The system is a web platform, and users have the ability to use it remotely. User role-based access rights are established in the system, and information security is provided in accordance with the requirements of current regulatory legal acts.

Purpose and Tasks of the Portal

Classification of buildings and structures by seismic vulnerability and assessment of their technical condition based on electronic technical passports entered into the IS; Systematic collection, processing, and analysis of data on the seismic resistance status of buildings and structures, as well as multi-apartment residential buildings.

  • Seismic-resistant buildings: 176,757 units (account for 97% of the total number of buildings);

  • Buildings requiring inspection: 3,917 units (account for 2% of the total number of buildings);

  • Seismic-deficient (vulnerable) buildings: 1,560 units (account for 1% of the total number of buildings).

General Statistical Analysis of the System
