The National Educational Platform was developed in accordance with Clause 21 of Goal 98, Annex 5 of Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. UP-37 dated February 21, 2024, "On the State Program for the Implementation of the 'Uzbekistan – 2030' Strategy in the Year of Supporting Youth and Business."
It is aimed at developing a system to prepare the population for proper actions in emergency situations, strong earthquakes, and climate-related natural disasters. It also provides a distance learning framework directly at the workplace without interrupting regular work or service duties for employees in production and service sectors, including specialists from public administration bodies, local executive authorities, and other organizations.
The main objective of the National Educational Platform is to utilize modern information and communication technologies to train the population of Uzbekistan in proper actions during emergency situations, strong earthquakes, and climate-related natural disasters, as well as to provide training for volunteer activities.
The main tasks of the National Educational Platform are:
Preparing the population for proper actions during emergency situations, strong earthquakes, and climate-related natural disasters;
Determining the proportion of the population trained in emergency management, strong earthquakes, and climate change issues;
Providing online learning for the population across the entire republic at any time and place, including training at home and at the workplace.
To use the platform, it is necessary to log in to the Unified Identification System (id.egov.uz) and complete the identification process. For this purpose, an individual must enter their date of birth, passport series and number, email address, and phone number.
