Developed in accordance with the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-5152 "On further improvement of the management system of apartment buildings."
With the launch of the "Mening uyim" billing system, the following issues have been resolved:
Digitization of the activities of management companies;
Implementation of real-time accounting for residents' mandatory fee receipts;
Digitization of determining debts on mandatory payments.
Registration in the system
Individuals and legal entities do not need to register or undergo authorization to review the received documents. To use the system, civil servants must go to the page of the Single Identification System (id.egov.uz) and undergo identification. To do this, an individual must enter the date of birth, passport series and number, email address and telephone number.
