- timely informing the population about decisions made by local executive authorities;
- preventing the development and adoption of unlawful decisions by local executive authorities;
- ensuring public control and transparency in the activities of local executive authorities in the development, coordination and adoption of decisions;
-preventing excessive paperwork, time wasting and reducing the human factor in the activities of local executive authorities in developing, agreeing, signing and publishing decisions on the Internet.
Individuals and legal entities are not required to register or undergo authorization to review the received documents. Civil servants must use the Single Identification System (id.egov.uz) and undergo identification. To do this, an individual must enter the date of birth, passport series and number, email address and telephone number.
