Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to introduce the Unified Electronic System for the development, coordination and registration of decisions adopted by local executive authorities": Regulatory legal basis number: No. 218 of 14.04.2020.

The activity involves the development, approval and publication of decisions on the Internet. The system is an integral part of the "E-Government" system and consists of a website operating under a dedicated domain on the Internet, a special cabinet for organizations, and an administrative panel operating on a separate domain. The system is intended to raise to a new level the development, coordination, approval, registration and publication of decisions by local authorities through the introduction of information technology. In particular, the system helps to introduce a uniform procedure for this activity throughout the country.

Goals and objectives of the system

- introduction of information technologies into the rule-making activities of local executive authorities;

- timely informing the population about decisions made by local executive authorities;

- preventing the development and adoption of unlawful decisions by local executive authorities;

- ensuring public control and transparency in the activities of local executive authorities in the development, coordination and adoption of decisions;

-preventing excessive paperwork, time wasting and reducing the human factor in the activities of local executive authorities in developing, agreeing, signing and publishing decisions on the Internet.

Registration in the system

Individuals and legal entities are not required to register or undergo authorization to review the received documents. Civil servants must use the Single Identification System (id.egov.uz) and undergo identification. To do this, an individual must enter the date of birth, passport series and number, email address and telephone number.
