During the elapsed part of 2026, a total of 133,178 electronic applications for insurance services were submitted through the portal.

The top three regions by number of applications:

Tashkent city — 51,700 applications, or 39% of the total;
Tashkent Region — 16,500;
Samarkand Region — 10,100.

Application channels:

my.gov.uz portal — 66.4%;
MyGov mobile app — 33.6%.

User categories:

Individuals — 97.43%;
Legal entities — 2.57%.

An interesting fact

The highest user activity was recorded between 07:00 and 08:00. During that hour, 16,861 applications were submitted, accounting for 12.7% of all applications — approximately one in eight.
