It is aimed at creating conveniences for legal entities and individuals who are residents and non-residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan using railway transport, improving and developing the activities of the information system, remote implementation of all interactions via the Internet, and organizing electronic data exchange.
System objectives:
The main purpose of creating a Web application based on the "one-window" principle is:
Improvement of freight transportation services by rail;
Fundamental improvement of customer service;
Electronization of information on railway transport;
Ensuring electronic document management in the railway system;
monitor the work of subordinate railway enterprises (stations, technical departments and other organizations) on the ground and receive their full reporting in a timely manner in the online system;
Conducting work through the online system when processing bank and financial documents.
For the convenience of railway service users in the process of cargo transportation, a "Calculator" module has been developed for calculating railway tariffs. This module is available on the website of "Uzbekistan Railways" JSC https://www.railway.uz and is open to everyone. All clients wishing to use the railway can visit our website and receive basic railway tariffs.
System functions:
For registration, we use a unified OneID identification system designed for easy and secure access and registration in various information systems. For this, the client must be registered in the state e-government system OneID.
To log in to the system, the login is the client's TIN, the password is chosen by the client at their discretion and connected to the system through the login button. Then click the "Registration Application" button, and a new client registration window will appear. For client registration, an application of the established form is filled out. Data from OneID will be automatically entered into the program.
An agreement was signed between "Uzbekistan Railways" JSC and the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the organization of electronic interaction of information systems. When entering the client's TIN, the client's data is automatically obtained from the information system of the Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the State Tax Committee. The client must supplement the missing data.
