.The information system, developed based on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 578 dated September 13, 2025, is designed to digitalize the processes of student transfer and reinstatement, enable online application submission, and ensure transparent, convenient, and centralized provision of electronic services between higher education institutions and users.

To use the services of the Information System, you must enter the page of the Single Identification System (id.egov.uz) and undergo identification. And also, an opportunity has been created for registration via a short SMS password.
