About the project

It is an information platform designed to manage the processes of allocation and control of subsidies, compensation and grants in digital form. The system carries out the stages of electronic acceptance of applications, their verification, decision-making, financing, and monitoring of results in a single environment. Data centralization increases the transparency of the process, facilitates the formation of analytical reports, and allows for control over the targeted and effective use of funds.

Purpose and objectives of the software package

System Goals:

1.      Digitalization of the processes of allocating subsidy, compensation, and grant funds
2.     Simplification of the process of accepting and reviewing applications in electronic form.
3.     Ensuring transparent control over the distribution of funds
4.     Accumulation and systematic maintenance of data in a unified database

6.     Monitoring the targeted and effective use of funds.
7.     Reduction of the human factor and excessive bureaucracy in the processes

Statistics

Out of 191,817 individual applications, only 237 (0.1%) were approved, with agriculture and employment support receiving the highest volumes. Among 2,959,615 legal-entity applications, nearly 88% (2,615,721) relate to housing, while overall approval rates across all sectors remain extremely low — under 0.5%. Tourism, geology, and the oil & gas sector recorded no activity at all.
