Implementation of an online registration system for undergraduate applicants to higher education institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan and formation of an applicant database;

Improving operational efficiency through the creation and control of a centralized applicant database;

Ensuring uninterrupted 24/7 full functionality of the IS during designated admission days, allowing applicants to register at any time on specified dates;

Creating user convenience through integration with the Single Portal of Interactive State Services (my.gov.uz);

Full coverage of citizens wishing to participate in HEI entrance exams;

Ensuring transparency of admission processes;

Preventing paper document workflow during admission;

Categorizing applicants into appropriate target groups based on their data, scheduling test dates, test shifts, and assigning seating arrangements;

Utilizing applicant data based on eligible benefit categories in calculating and publishing final test results.
