Animal Identification and Registration System
Forming a unified database of identified animals; monitoring the condition and keep of identified animals consists of surveillance and ensuring food security.
Purpose and Tasks of the System:
Assigning an individual number to animals depending on their species (tagging, marking, badging, microchipping);
Entering information about animals into an electronic database;
Issuance of a veterinary passport;
Cattle, sheep, goats, horses, pigs, donkeys, dogs, cats, and camels are subject to identification and registration.
Capabilities

Immediately inform the relevant state veterinary service about cases of sudden death or abnormal behavior of animals;

Ensure the implementation of appropriate quarantine measures and other veterinary measures to protect animals from infectious diseases, as well as treatment and preventive measures;

Maintenance of livestock buildings and other structures intended for keeping animals in accordance with veterinary and veterinary-sanitary rules and norms;

Timely execution of disinfection, disinsectization, and deratization measures at animal keeping and breeding facilities.
