The Unified Electronic System for Coordination of Post-Graduate Education (UESCPGE) is an information system designed for the digitalization, coordination, and monitoring of processes in the field of post-graduate education.
The system enables the registration of applicants for independent research, basic doctoral studies, doctoral studies, and intern-researcher positions, electronic acceptance of documents, management of selection and admission processes, and the maintenance and monitoring of data regarding doctoral students and scientific supervisors.
UESCPGE serves to reduce paperwork, excessive administrative burden, and errors associated with the human factor, as well as to form data in a unified database and increase the transparency and control of processes.
