Complete description of the CIPPP system/resource
1. Basis for the development of:
The CIPPP system was developed on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On State Procurement" No. ZRU 684 (22.04.2021) and related regulatory legal acts. Additionally, the system will be harmonized with international agreements, including WTO GPA agreements and UNCITRAL standard laws. This constitutes the CIPPP as a legitimate system that meets not only national but also international standards.

Specific goals of the CIPPP system
1. Ensuring openness and transparency of public procurement processes - opening information on all procurements to the public.
2. Creation of a unified information space - centralized storage and management of plans-schedules, announcements, documents, and contracts.
3. Improving procurement control and monitoring capabilities - monitoring compliance with legislation requirements, providing tools for regulatory bodies.
4. Development of analysis and reporting functions - increasing the effectiveness of decision-making through the formation of statistical and analytical reporting.
5. Support for users and provision of information resources - providing government customers and participants with reference, methodological, and educational resources.
System Tasks:

formation, accumulation, and storage of information on public procurement;
publication of information on public procurement processes;
monitoring of compliance with the requirements of the legislation in public procurement;
