The Openinfo information portal was developed based on Order No. 28 of 2014 issued by the Director General of the Center for Coordination and Development of the Securities Market (registration number 2383).
This portal was created to ensure information transparency in the securities market, serving to consolidate mandatory disclosures by issuers into a single information resource. Specifically, issuers publish material facts, financial statements (annual and quarterly, including IFRS and audit opinions), prospectuses, constituent documents, and official announcements through the portal.
The Openinfo portal is designed not only for issuers, but also for investors and other interested users, ensuring that disclosed information is presented in a clear, structured, and convenient format. The portal serves to increase investor awareness and foster a reliable information environment in the securities market.
System Goals:
The primary goal of the Openinfo information portal is to create a single, reliable platform for issuers to publicly disclose their activities and mandatory information by ensuring transparency in the securities market.
Another key goal of the portal is to present disclosed information to investors and other interested users through an organized, convenient, and intuitive interface, while enabling effective use of data in investment decision-making processes.
Furthermore, one of the system's goals is to ensure the timely submission of reports and data by issuers and to implement control mechanisms allowing authorized bodies and moderators to oversee this process.
