The NIS.GOV.UZ interdepartmental rating system determines the level of digitalization development in republican and local executive bodies.
Rating ratings are formed based on data included in the NIS information system. GOV.UZ, according to the following criteria:
Includes an indicator to assess the level of openness and transparency of the organization's activities, engagement in dialogue with the public, exchange of industry news and communications, and evaluation of efforts in this direction;
The quality of public service delivery and the extent of their transition into electronic format;
Assesses the level of information security and the measures taken to protect digital data, corporate networks, and information systems;
Assesses the information systems used by organizations in providing electronic services and processes, designed to automate core organizational tasks and functions;
Assesses the operational efficiency of ICT departments within organizations, the availability of required departmental documents and programs, and executive discipline in the implementation of IT projects.
