A Presidential Resolution on improving public services and creating additional conveniences for citizens has been adopted (Resolution No. PP-265 of July 15, 2026).

Under the resolution, the following services will be introduced on the Unified Portal of Interactive Public Services from October 1, 2026:

allowing individuals and legal entities to impose or lift restrictions on pledging, mortgaging or transferring ownership of real estate and motor vehicles they own;
allowing citizens to obtain information about telephone numbers and bank cards registered in their name and in use, with the following management options:

▪️ submitting applications to temporarily deactivate or reactivate a telephone number and terminate service for numbers they no longer use;

▪️ obtaining information about paid services linked to a telephone number;

▪️ submitting requests to the issuer to block or close bank cards;

▪️ automatically notifying citizens through the Unified Portal when a new notarial act is registered in their name and maintaining a record of such acts.
