System goals and tasks

The purpose of the IS “Registration” is:
- implementation of a mechanism for registration and licensing of legal entities (participants in professional activities on the securities market, organizers of online games, lotteries and bookmaker activities, insurance activities, as well as activities in the field of crypto-asset circulation);
- collection and analysis of reports received from legal entities;
- compliance with international requirements for the organization of national systems in the field of crypto-asset circulation;
- sending notifications to the authorized body about the decision to issue crypto-assets.

The Information System “Registration” provides:
- automation of tasks for collecting, storing and processing information required by the authorized body to perform state functions in the field of licensing, permitting and notification procedures;
- storage of information according to the E2B R3 format;
- export and import of information;
- generation of analytical reports;
- visualization of data in the form of charts and tables;
- personalized access for participants in the form of a “personal account”;
- submission, review and processing of statistical and reference information in the field of crypto-asset and insurance market circulation.
