The system is designed to automate the processes of preparation, collection, processing, exchange, and publication of relevant information related to the registration of notarial acts in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The goals of the system are a radical revision of all data entry forms, as well as their subsequent processing, taking into account the regulations of notarial action, forms for searching for the necessary information in the databases of other authorities are combined, compiling control fields that are required to be entered;
- Development of appropriate measures to create the information portal “E-notarius.uz” and its mobile application;
- Introduction of a mechanism for providing notarial actions related to remote service;
- Development of appropriate measures to introduce the procedure for obtaining copies of documents from the departmental notary archive, certified with an electronic signature through the Unified portal of interactive public services of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- Development of appropriate measures for the digitization of transactions involving the emergence of rights to real estate stored in departmental notarial archives and the formation of a unified electronic notarial archival
Data exchange has been established between AAT “ Notary ” and IS “ Unified Electronic Archive of the Civil Registry Office ” through electronic cooperation. In this case, the notary has the opportunity to verify information about citizenship, birth, marriage, distribution and death .
In order to reduce excess paperwork and increase the efficiency of data, the exchange of information on the ban on motor vehicles and real estate was established through the electronic systems of the Supreme Court, the Prosecutor General's Office, and the State Tax Committee.
A system has been created for electronically obtaining information about persons who have given consent to privatization during notarization of the contract for the transfer of privatized housing through the electronic system of the agency for managing state assets of the Republic of Uzbekistan
Through the electronic notary portal, a citizen gains access to his personal account id.egov.uz by registering through a unified identification system and using its capabilities, he can view information about what notarial actions were performed in connection with the bans imposed on him, as well as ensure transparency when reviewing the appeal through the portal, as well as the status of the appeal in real time and who is the supporter, it is possible to see what comes out. At the same time, by monitoring requests received on the portal, it is possible to identify a specific problem that impedes the activities of entrepreneurs in each region.
