The system is based on the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 24.05.2017 No. PF-5052 “On measures to further improve state policy in the field of employment and fundamentally increase the efficiency of labor authorities.” The main users of the system are job seekers and employers:
– Job seekers can post their resumes, browse vacancies matching their resumes, send applications to vacancies, viewproposals received from employers, and communicate with employers via chat.
– Employers can post information about vacant positions, review resumes suitable for the vacancies, send offers to job seekers, invite them for interviews, review applications fromjob seekers, and, if a suitable candidate is found, simplify thehiring process via the YMMT system at the employer’s request.
To effectively organize cooperation between employers and job seekers participating in the labor market, to form a centralized database of vacancies and labor resources, to ensure maximum matching between jobs and candidates based on optimal algorithms, to optimize job search and recruitment processes, and to provide various statistical, dynamic, and strategic information based on system data
