The National Educational Platform was developed in accordance with Clause 21 of Goal 98 of Appendix 5 to Presidential Decree No. PF-37 dated February 21, 2024, “On the State Program for the Implementation of the ‘Uzbekistan – 2030’ Strategy in the Year of Youth and Business Support

The platform is aimed at developing a system for preparing the population for proper actions in emergency situations, strong earthquakes, and natural disasters related to climate change, as well as at ensuring a training system for people employed in the production and service sectors—including specialists of public administration bodies, local executive authorities, and other organizations—without interruption from work or service, through distance learning at their workplaces.

The main purpose of the National Educational Platform is to use modern information and communication technologies to prepare the population of Uzbekistan for proper actions in emergency situations, strong earthquakes, and natural disasters related to climate change, as well as to provide training in volunteer activities.
The main objectives of the National Educational Platform are as follows:

– preparing the population for proper actions in emergency situations, strong earthquakes, and natural disasters related to climate change;
– determining the proportion of the population that has received training on emergency situations, strong earthquakes, and climate change;
– ensuring online education for the population throughout the country at any time and in any convenient place, including at home and at the workplace.
