A platform intended to grant access to public services (electronic public services), to obtain the results of public service delivery, as well as to verify the authenticity of account information
Purpose and objectives of the system
To grant authorization for the use of public services (including electronic public services) and for obtaining the results of such services, including a ready driver’s license, ID card, biometric passport for travel abroad, vehicle registration certificate, and state license plates;
To provide simplified authorization for managing and using personal data;
To register powers of attorney issued by all resident legal entities of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
To verify the validity of powers of attorney issued by notaries, and other related functions.
To enable online verification of the authenticity of powers of attorney (validity period, authorized persons, scope, etc.);
To allow government bodies and other institutions to identify third-party representation via the platform without requiring paper copies of powers of attorney;
Individuals may register a power of attorney using an electronic digital signature or Mobil-ID, select the type of authorization, enter the representative’s details, and set the validity period (single-use or multiple-use, up to a maximum of 3 years).
Upon completion, a unique number is generated, which enables the authorized person to act on behalf of the principal via the Unified Interactive Public Services Portal or Public Service Centers.
