The AIS system "ELEСTR" was developed with the aim of further improving it by digitalizing the system for providing public services for connecting electrical appliances of individuals and legal entities to electrical networks.
Purpose and objectives of the system
AIS "ELEKTR" for recording electronic requests from consumers of individuals and legal entities for connection to electric networks is intended to improve the existing technologies of JSC "Regional Electric Networks" using modern tools and methods, integration and automation of information support, creation of a unified information system, automation of the accounting process and processing information on connecting consumers to the electrical network.
AIS "ELEKTR" must ensure the implementation of the following functions of JSC "Regional Electric Grids":
-Automation of recording requests for connection, technical conditions (hereinafter referred to as TU), and contracts;
-Automation of control over the conduct and effectiveness of pre-contractual/contractual work when connecting to electrical networks.
