About the project

Automated information system "E-IJARA" is an automated information system created as an informatization object for collecting and reviewing materials on the lease of vacant land plots and conducting approval procedures with authorized bodies and organizations.

Goals and objectives of the system

- automation of procedures for collecting, reviewing and agreeing on materials for leasing land plots and with authorized bodies and organizations; 

- radical improvement of mechanisms for leasing agricultural land plots, as well as reducing bureaucratic procedures and barriers in interaction with business entities;

- ensuring full-scale use of the capabilities of information and communication technologies when considering and processing materials on the lease of land plots in the activities of authorized bodies.

transform the traditional method into an electronic one, providing the opportunity for individuals and legal entities to make proposals for posting data on the lease of agricultural land plots for open electronic selection (reduction to 17 working days);

- approval of materials of a land plot for submission to a competition by authorized bodies and (or) issuance of conclusions on it in electronic form in an automated manner through the AIS " E-IJARA " (reduced to 5 working days);

- informing the winners about the rental through AAT " E-IJARA " and electronic registration of the rental agreement. documents (reduced to 7 working days).

Registration in the system

To use the system, individuals and legal entities must register through:

- Unified Identification System (id.egov.uz);

- Electronic digital signature received from the State Tax Committee.
