The electronic work book contains information about the labor activity of individuals, based on information about the accrual of the employee’s length of service, accrued wages and taxes on personal income in the form of wages, payments from the personal savings pension fund of citizens.
The information is structured in an interdepartmental, systematized manner and is regularly exchanged electronically. Its advantage is that impartial, transparent and up-to-date information is entered, which is automatically generated due to the quantitative and qualitative composition of employees, vacancies, as well as qualification and other requirements imposed by employers on job candidates.
By ensuring the accuracy of information about vacancies, a clear plan for personnel training is established by employing unemployed citizens, reducing paperwork, and determining the demand for specialists with higher education for vacancies.
