The introduction of electronic systems in the field of public procurement ensures increased transparency and efficiency in the procurement of goods, execution of works or provision of services and brings benefits to all stakeholders in the public procurement process: the Government, the private business sector and civil society using public services. The development of an integrated electronic public procurement system involves standardizing procurement processes, reducing the time of the procurement process, encouraging the participation of economic operators, service providers and other contractors in public procurement procedures and creating transparent conditions for interaction between the Government and the business community. The experience of many countries around the world shows that public procurement policy becomes more effective with the transition to electronic format of public procurement procedures and the development of appropriate tools

Exchange trading on the UzRTSB takes place daily, from 9:30 to 17:00 Tashkent time, except Saturday and Sunday. In order to create favorable conditions for domestic and foreign participants in foreign economic activity, since March 4, 2005, a foreign exchange trading platform has been operating on the Uzbek Exchange, where you can purchase any volume of highly liquid products put up for exchange trading in hard currency.
