About the project

And the information system is designed to provide users of railway services with the ability to automate business processes and information support for clients when organizing freight transportation , as well as processes of cargo and commercial work at all levels, simplifying the complex system of interaction between various divisions of the railway and its clients in the field of organizing and performing freight transportation

“E-Window” organizes complex railway services for the transportation of goods, including the submission by the client of an electronic application and receipt of a preliminary calculation of the tariff on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, making payment, monitoring and tracking one’s personal account, completing procedures for submitting a forecast for transportation, issuing an electronic railway waybill.

Main goals of creating the system

- automation of interaction and contractual work with clients for the provision of services in the field of freight transportation; 

- achieving management efficiency in the field of commercial cargo work using new information technologies;

- acceleration and simplification of the procedure for registering the transportation of goods at stations of departure and destination, redirection along the route;

- improving interaction between the railway and other participants in the transportation process;

- transition to modern automated information technologies and the introduction of electronic technology for cargo transportation;

- optimization of labor costs for entering primary information and generating reports and output forms;

- elimination of human factor errors;

- improving coordination of railway transport activities with other participants in the transportation process;

- achieving a qualitatively new level of service for railway customers;


 

Registration on the website “e-nakl.railway.uz”

For registration, we use the OneID Single Identification System , which is designed for simple and secure access and registration in various information systems. To do this, the client must be registered in the state e-government system OneID.

 

The login to enter the system is the client’s TIN; you must create a password at your own discretion and click on the “Login” button (Kirish). Next, click on the “Registration Application” entry; the “New Client Registration” entry will appear on the screen. To register, the client must fill out an application in the prescribed form. Data from the OneID system is automatically included in the application. 

JSC Uzbekistan Temir Yollari and the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan signed an agreement on organizing electronic interaction of information systems . When entering the client’s TIN, the client’s data will be automatically extracted from the information system of the Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The client needs to fill in the missing data.
