By implementing this information system, automation of the following processes has been achieved:
- Acceptance of applications and relevant documents from students at any time during the period established by the Ministry;
- monitoring and maintaining statistical indicators of the processes of consideration, registration and acceptance of applications for all universities of the republic;
- Accounting for the results of university applications submitted for transfer of studies.
submitting online applications with electronic copies of relevant documents attached;
monitoring and control of application review processes;
carrying out examination and administration of documents by members of the relevant commissions for relocation and retraining;
transfer of education, consideration of applications for reinstatement and adoption of appropriate decisions in ministries and departments subordinate to the higher educational institution (hereinafter referred to as the university);
generation of statistical data in various sections on the circumstances of consideration of applications for transfer and restoration of studies;
expanding the scale of interactive online services by creating a fair and transparent environment for transfer and study recovery processes.
To use the services of the Information System, you must enter the page of the Single Identification System (id.egov.uz) and undergo identification. And also, an opportunity has been created for registration via a short SMS password.
