The information system is designed to simplify the provision of public services, eliminate unnecessary bureaucratic barriers, develop the national system for the provision of public services, ensure openness and transparency of admissions committees by automating the processes of online acceptance of applications and documents through the Public service center, my.gov.uz or the website magistr.edu.uz from applicants who have expressed a desire to enroll in master's programs at higher educational institutions, summarizing information into a single database, as well as monitoring.
Purpose and objectives of the information system
accepting applications from applicants (forming an application and attaching relevant documents);
accepting applications from applicants (review of the application by the university admissions committee, acceptance or refusal);
creation of a database of applicants (creation of a unified database of applicants for all universities of the republic);
creation of a list of master's degrees and areas of bachelor's education;
introduction of quotas for admission to master's programs (formation of quotas for admission to master's programs in the context of universities and specialties);
recording of results (formation of results in the context of universities);
recommendation of applicants to the ranks of students (formation of a list of applicants recommended for study, based on university admission quotas);
creation of statistical data and reports (statistics of applications, admission quotas, list of examination subjects and generation of examination results for the republic and by universities).
Registration in the information system
To use the services of the Single Portal of Educational Services, you must enter the page of the Single Identification System (id.egov.uz) and undergo identification. And also, an opportunity has been created for registration via a short SMS password.
