Project goals

Introduction of an “online” system for registering information and applications of applicants who have expressed a desire to enroll in undergraduate studies at higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the formation of a database of applicants; 

- ensure reliable data storage; 

- ensuring the display of information in a convenient and understandable form; 

- Achieve increased operational efficiency as a result of the creation and control of a centralized database of single applicants; 

- Ensuring the continuous operation of the daily IT system with a full range of functions during the specified admission days, ensuring that applicants can register at any time on the specified days; 

- Creating convenience for users by integrating a single interactive portal of government services with the my.gov.uz platform. 

- Full coverage of citizens wishing to take part in entrance examinations to higher educational institutions; 

- Ensuring transparency of admission processes; 

- Prevention of circulation of paper documents during the reception process; 

- based on information from applicants, dividing them into suitable category groups and determining the days of the test, test shifts, and the place where the applicant will sit; 

- Use in calculating and announcing final test results based on the applicant's existing preferred category.

Project objectives

- Registration and integration of information of applicants and applications into a single database; 

- Creation and control of various categories of users; 

- Storage of photographs of applicants; 

- Formation of the applicant’s registration sheet based on the data; 

- Compiling lists of applicants for various benefits; 

- Sorting and searching for applicants based on various parameters.
