The automated information system “e-Fitouz” covers the entire chain “from field to export”, which ensures the maintenance of an electronic map of quarantine territories, areas of distribution of dangerous pests that negatively affect exports, as well as territories free from them. AIS is integrated with the Single Window customs information system, providing the ability to online control export-import operations. Through this system, field control, issuance of electronic permits and certificates, as well as remote exchange of information between the central laboratory and Agency inspectors are carried out.
Automated information system “e-Fitouz” - automatically generates data on permitting documents issued by the Agency. AIS automatically monitors the presence or absence of objects subject to phytosanitary control. The system also provides the ability to search for information online and create statistical reports. Also, for the purpose of mutual exchange of data on issued phytosanitary certificates, the Agency’s AIS “e-Fitouz” is integrated into the Argus-Fito system of the Russian Federation, the International Convention on Quarantine and Plant Protection “ePhyto Solutions” (more than 125 countries).
