To download an existing extract from the state register, the owner enters the cadastral number of the property in the search bar located on the main page through the personal account, then enters the code that appears in the image and presses the search button. When you click the search button, a field will appear indicating the property, from here you can download the corresponding extract by clicking the download extract button.
Goal and objectives of “davreestr.uz”
The certificate issued by the State Register contains the following information about any type of real estate:
📍 A unique cadastral number and exact address are assigned when registering a property.
📆 Date of registration of ownership and rights to real estate.
👨👩👧👦 The number of object owners and their names.
Information about the presence/absence of a ban (pledge, registration, etc.).
Information about real estate is provided for the preparation of contracts of sale, exchange, donation, wills and other contracts.
