The creation of a higher education process management information system (HEMIS) will automate the administrative, educational and scientific activities of the university, provide modern electronic services to teachers and students, and create an information and educational corporate portal for the university. Using the Unified Portal, you can access electronic government services without leaving your home.
The HEMIS portal serves to integrate the following information systems designed to provide educational information services to students, parents and other interested parties:
MFB AT – administrative activity management information system;
OʻJB AT – educational process management information system;
IFB AT is an information system for managing scientific activities.
Maintaining records and monitoring of the student population (by faculties, areas of education, specialties and academic groups);
Maintaining records and monitoring of the contingent of teaching staff (by faculties, departments and disciplines);
Organization of the educational process (academic year, academic semesters, bachelor's and master's degree programs, schedule of classes for academic groups of students);
Monitoring student attendance (disciplines, types of classes, teachers, classroom tables and electronic journal);
Monitoring student performance in disciplines (curricula and disciplines, schedule of intermediate and final control, rating sheet, electronic rating book);
Accounting for payments made under paid contracts (registration of contracts and invoices, accounting for cash receipts, provision of certificates);
Formation and recording of regulatory documents for the educational process (orders for admission, orders for transfer, restoration of education and expulsion from students, issuance of scholarships, orders for the application of administrative penalties);
Generation of electronic reports on the educational process (enrollment, attendance, academic performance, registration, transfer of education and expulsion from among students);
Providing interactive online services (for university management, students, teachers, parents and government department employees).
The formation of a list of employees and professors-teachers working at the university using the HEMIS system is carried out by the Human Resources Department. The formation of the list of students is carried out by the Dean's Office.
Users register in the system using the HEMIS ID number as well as the corresponding password.
