The budget formed on the basis of public opinion (BPO) is a system based on the direct allocation of a portion of the district/city budget funds for local infrastructure development projects at the initiative of citizens.
Purpose and objectives of the software package
The open budget information portal is designed to provide up-to-date information about the budgets of the budget system of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including access to information about the budget system of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the organization of the budget process in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
This portal also performs the following tasks:
- exercising public control over the regulation of budget expenditures;
- posting information about events submitted for financing from district and city budgets to form public opinion;
- organizing citizen appeals, including the possibility of reporting violations of budget legislation and making proposals to improve the budget process.
Registration in the software package
Log in, register on the Openbudjet.uz website, enter your personal data and phone number, go through two-factor authorization (using SMS code). (via the EDS key) is carried out by the user by entering a login and password
