The National Legislative Information Base of the Republic of Uzbekistan is a legal information search system operating in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the dissemination and provision of access to legal information” and the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 8, 2017 No. PP-2761 “On measures to radically improve the system dissemination of legislative acts” allows you to easily and conveniently search for legal documents and get acquainted with them.
Goals and objectives of the National Base
1. Creation of an electronic database of all types of normative legal acts and documents of a different nature in the system and placement of these normative legal acts using official sources and the use of technology of legal analysis by element;
2. Search, analysis of data of all types of regulatory legal acts in the system based on a general legal classifier of branches of legislation, a thematic reference book of legislation, alphabetical subject indexes and a reference book of concepts and terms;
3. Receiving reliable information about legislative acts through the system and promptly informing about changes occurring in it (notification of innovations in legislation by e-mail);
4. Improving the legal culture of the population by ensuring the widespread use of regulatory legal acts by legal entities and individuals;
5. Improving the system of providing society with legal information;
6. Increasing the accessibility of the system for persons with disabilities and the ability to conveniently and quickly search large amounts of information in the national database.
