Information system of the Electronic Certificate - the main goal of the project is to improve the system for issuing duplicate education documents for graduates of the previous year, integrating graduate certificates into interdepartmental electronic systems by linking them to the personal identification number of an individual (PIN) and ensuring the issuance of electronic certificates to school graduates at the end school year.
- creation of an electronic database of documents on secondary general education;
- digitization of certificates by creating a register of school graduates’ certificates;
- Improving the system for issuing duplicate educational documents for graduates of the previous year issuing an electronic certificate with data formulation by integrating average grades for 6 years with the existing platform;
- integration of graduate certificates into interdepartmental electronic systems by linking them to the personal identification number of an individual (PIN);
- prevention of forgery of certificates;
- ensuring the issuance of an electronic certificate to school graduates at the end of the academic year.
To use the Electronic Certificate information system, organizations use a unified identification system (id.egov.uz); the use of this information system is carried out by logging into the system, entering a login and password, and registration is not required to obtain an electronic certificate.
