Public participation in the law-making process is a hallmark of civil society. Today, modern information and communication technologies allow every citizen to participate at almost all stages of participation in public administration, including lawmaking.
The portal contains draft laws and adopted regulatory legal acts related to business activities, developed by government bodies, and all registered users have the opportunity to express their proposals on these documents. The submitted proposals are considered and accepted by the government body that posted the draft law and adopted regulatory legal acts, or receive a justified refusal.
Users can not only express their proposals on posted regulatory legal acts, but also fill out a special questionnaire, expressing their opinion on these documents. The survey is of great importance for the further development of the system for assessing the impact of legislation and this portal.

A single identification system to use the capabilities of the portal (id.egov.uz) and undergo identification. To do this, an individual must enter the date of birth, passport series and number, email address and telephone number.
