The single electronic system – erp.maktab.uz – is a system that allows centralized, automated management, control and planning of the public education system. Electronic database of all information related to schools, classes, number of students and teacher rates through this ERP system.
Formation of a database on the passport of a general education institution, student population, government units, number of employees, their positions, titles, salaries and other ministries and departments with relevant information. Integration with databases has been implemented. As a result, the time required for the process was reduced by up to 3 times.
Goals and objectives of the system
The number of schools, the number of classes, the number of students, the number of teachers, the formation of a database related to them, the creation of a database on the schedule, table, tariff list and their constant monitoring, to increase the transparency of the educational process in schools, to save funds from the state budget, to create the opportunity to reduce circulation of paper documents through electronic reporting.
Registration in the system
The electronic account will be opened by the ministry for schools of the ministry system and private educational institutions that have a teaching license.
