Since 1967, Tashkent is one of 29 regional meteorological centers that collects meteorological information, prepares and distributes weather maps and forecasts in the States of Central Asia, the Middle East and the Asian part of Russia. This is the area of responsibility of Uzhydromet in the World Weather Watch (WWW) system.
Uzhydromet includes more than 400 environmental observation points. Meteorological, hydrological and agrometeorological observations have been carried out on the territory of the republic since 1921. Environmental observations of the state of water bodies, air, and soil have been carried out since 1972.
To date, satellite data services, snow cover, water, atmospheric and hazard zone data have not been published or made available to the public. The data that was available was provided to the society through different duplicating channels, sites and methods, which led to differences in data. However, according to the adopted decrees and resolutions of the President No. UP-6079 and No. PP-4896, it was decided to open and digitize this data.

You can use the system even without registration. All information in it is publicly available. And to use the service provided by the system, a unified identification system (id.egov.uz) is used; it is enough to go through identification. No additional information is requested
