The assessment is carried out according to several sections and indicators. For each positive indicator, a certain point (score) is assigned. The assessment is carried out on a 100-point system. In this case, 100 points is the maximum.
There are 2 types of assessment indicators:
The first type of indicators has a “Positive” value, they are assigned for the correct completion of sections, then a certain score is given;
Indicators of the second type are considered “Negative” and are deducted for confirmation of certain penalty sections or indices.
- Determining the level of development of e-government, digital economy and information technology;
- analysis of work carried out in the direction of digitalization, information and communication technologies and the development of e-government;
- formation of rating assessments;
- increasing the quality of public services through the involvement of the population, as well as simplifying and eliminating confusion by transferring public services into electronic form.
To use the rating assessment, you must go to the page of the Unified Identification System (id.egov.uz) and pass authentication. An individual must enter the date of birth, passport series and number, email address and telephone number. Also, agree on the responsible employee from the State Institution “Digital Government Project Management Center” appointed by the organization for entering data into the “NIS.egov.uz” information system.
