Registration in the system
Individuals and legal entities can use the cadastral number, Personal Identification Number of an individual (PIN), series and number of passport or taxpayer identification number ( TIN) as a login to enter the personal account of the thermal energy consumption monitoring and management system.
To enter your personal account, you must use the series and passport number or cadastral number as the password.
