It also ensures that the human factor is minimized when receiving, registering and publishing documents by authorities. Public control helps prevent corruption and abuse of power.
In the system, deadlines associated with the development, approval, examination, public discussion and signing of documents are set automatically in accordance with the requirements of current legislation, in particular labor legislation. Accordingly, overtime expenses for civil servants are also removed.

Individuals and legal entities are not required to register or undergo authorization to review the received documents. Civil servants must use the Single Identification System (id.egov.uz) and undergo identification. To do this, an individual must enter the date of birth, passport series and number, email address and telephone number.
