The creation of a Single Corporate Information Portal was provided for in paragraph 35 of the Program of Measures to radically improve the corporate governance system, approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. from 04/24/2015 No. UP-4720 “On measures to introduce modern methods of corporate governance in joint-stock companies.”
Disclosure of information on this Portal is carried out by joint-stock companies and other issuers of securities using an electronic digital signature, while quarterly reports, material facts and prospectuses of some joint-stock companies are already available on the Portal.
The portal is located at: www.openinfo.uz and will be constantly improved to provide relevant and relevant corporate information to interested parties in three languages in a convenient format.
