As is known, the Uzbekcosmos agency develops international cooperation relations in the course of its activities, and also establishes relationships with large foreign companies in many areas, such as increasing experience in the space sector and introducing new technologies, as well as training personnel in this area.

In particular, the Chinese electronic technology group “China Electronics Technology Group Corporation” (CETC) is evidence of the above words. The first meeting with them was held in January of this year, and the next one was organized on August 16. It was attended by the management of the Uzbekcosmos agency and members of the delegation headed by the chairman of the board of the Chinese state company (CETC).

During the mutual conversation, it was noted that today the President personally pays attention to the development of the space network in Uzbekistan, the use of modern technologies in this area, the creation of a potential personnel base, conditions and opportunities. In particular, it was reported that the Uzbekcosmos agency, through state space monitoring, identifies cases of violations of the law and illegal actions in the economic sphere.

In addition, plans and initiatives for establishing deep cooperation in the field of geographic information systems and Earth remote sensing technologies were discussed at the meeting.
