The Unified System of Settlements for Accounting of State Duties, Charges, and Other Payments Payable in the Provision of Public Services is an information system for accounting for individual duties, charges, payments, and fines collected in the provision of public services and other services.

The operator of the Unified Settlement System is the state institution "Digital Government Project Management Center" under the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which ensures the functioning, use, and organizational and technical support of the Unified Settlement System.The Unified Settlement System performs the following functions: • maintaining transaction records, generating reports and statistics; • receiving, processing and providing users in real time with information about payments made through bank cash desks, payment organizations and remote service systems, as well as from a bank account in non-cash form; • generation of an invoice for payment of state duties, fees and other payments for the provision of state services and other types of services. The integration of the applicant's information systems and services into the Unified Settlement System is carried out while ensuring the information security of the applicant's information systems.

Access to the calculations of the Unified System is achieved by registering in the unified user identification system of the Electronic Government system.
